The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the cleanliness was great. The location was excellent, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby with fantastic food.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had a great time! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and wifi - both of which were great. a fantastic experience.

The noise level was quite high. We could hear other guests and staff moving around the hotel, which disturbed our sleep.

This hotel was perfectly located for our weekend getaway, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi.

That the room was a bit smaller than we expected, with no windows. We also found that the walls were quite thin, so we could hear noise from nearby rooms and the corridor. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and friendly staff.

The hotel's location offers a great chance to explore the surrounding area with plenty of small restaurants available nearby. the friendly staff were polite and welcoming. the room was clean and tidy, though a bit small. the bathroom facilities were fairly decent.

The noise levels were a major issue as we could hear everything happening in adjacent rooms and the hallway.
